These days market is flooded with green leafy vegetables, before i go for green leafy vegetables recipes, let me first share one of my favourite recipe - Dhania chutney there are so many ways to make this food accessory but i love this simple but healthy one, try n let me know!

1 cup chopped dhania
2 ripe desi tomatoes
3 0r 4 green chillies
salt
grind together all this n it is  ready!
as this does not last long better consume the same day!

Spinach fried rice

Good evening friends, here is another of my tried recipe1
 the original recipe is of ching's fried rice, i just added fried spinach for that crunchy, crispy n green look
1 tbsp Ching's Secret  Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp Ching's Secret Green Chilli Sauce, 1 cup rice, boiled, 1 tsp garlic chopped, ½ cup mushrooms chopped,  1 spring onion, chopped, Pinch of white pepper, 1 tbsp oil , Salt to taste, 1 cup spinach finely shredded
Method:
Heat oil in a wok (kadai/frying-pan) on high flame. Add garlic, vegetables and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add sauces, rice, spring onion & pepper and stir-fry for another 2 minutes. Add salt to taste.Place the shredded spinach in a metal strainer and dip it in hot oil till it is crisp. pour over rice n   Serve hot.

Hi,
It's very cloudy n drizzling today, just feeling very sleepy, not in a mood to write! I have already finished my book, and the worst part is I can not copy here from my book there are lots of recipes, not in a mood to write them here again. Wish i could do that! anyways will definitely share some of them! would love to do that! Till then with my hot cup of basil, ginger tea!

Mooli all the way

Market is now flooded with  white n fresh Mooli, whenever i buy it, i  just do not allow shopkeeper to remove it's leaves! i feel that way mooli remains fresh a little longer! when  i use mooli  i just use the soft fresh leaves-throw away the  pale n stale leaves,chop it fine ,make roties just see how?
take chopped mooli leaves, 2 green chillies chopped,grated ginger, salt, 1 tsp ajwain, wheat flour or makki flour, make a soft dough and make parathas!
enjoy it with dahi n butter!

salad

salad is a very simple recipe and i believe you can do wonders at this,so many variety you can make without much effort, very tasty and helps you maintain your weight!
i have a very simple dressing for salads:
1 tsp lemon juice,1/2 tsp olive oil, 1 tsp honey,salt n pepper
just chop vegetables like radish,carrots,cabbage,cucumber,capsicum, beetroot in very small pieces mix the dressing and see the wonder!
